Before the tour, MyProGuide informed me that they would advise me closer to the date of the tour on who my tour guide will be; MyProGuide didn't do so.
Additionally, I am the only customer whom bought a tour ticket through Viator (this tripadvisor website), whereas the rest of the customers bought theirs through Klook. I had much trouble trying to get on the bus as the customer list which the tour guide was holding on to only consisted of Klook customers. A lot of to-and-fro ensued.
MyProGuide's administration is a failure.
The tour guide has really poor English skills and spoke with a lacklustre tone.
Before the disembarking at every attraction, the tour guide fail to inform passengers clearly whether passengers should go back to the exact spot the passengers disembarked from the tour bus, or, a location closer towards the entrance point of the attraction and then head back together. Being a solo traveller, I'm at a disadvantage because I don't have any other passengers to discuss on the contingency situations; I had to constantly guess on where the tour bus will be picking me up from. This led to me waiting at the entrance of attractions like a fool, culminating in me always reaching the tour bus last and fearing that the tour bus will leave without me.
