This Operator lied to us about our accommodation, tricked us into placing an order with a 3 star hotel and then when we arrived in Kilimanjaro without telling us any changes and then took us to a super poor hotel that had no charging sockets, bugs everywhere, a bar downstairs from the hotel and very noisy next to the street. We contacted the operator and he refused to explain why he changed us to a poor hotel and didn't give us any information in advance, he didn't reply at all when we asked for a change of hotel or a change of room, he didn't answer his phone calls. We, as two foreigners, not knowing our way around Tanzania, being dropped off at a terrible hotel in the middle of the night by a terrible guide in the middle of the night. This travel agency lures you to the local area, changes your itinerary at any time without informing you, doesn't solve the problem when you encounter it, just leaves you behind, Viator doesn't deal with the problem either, only knows not to give you a refund, very bad experience, very bad merchant and platform, I suggest you don't book your trip here and avoid this merchant!
