Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) had a wonderful day touring around the Parma region with Davide. He is so warm and knowledgable, and both informative while being unobtrusive, all while letting you experience your surroundings. We visited a small Parmigiano-Reggiano producer and got to see the process from start to finish, up close and personal. We tasted 3 different vintages of cheese to really see what the aging process does to the flavors. We also visited a farm where Davide personally made cured meats with the owners, and had a wonderful lunch, getting to taste many of the meats produced on site, and using all local ingredients for the other delicious components of the meal. The e-bikes that were provided were the perfect way to see the countryside and get between each location, and were easy enough for the oldest and youngest in our group. Do not hesitate to book a tour with this group - it was such a wonderful way to see this area!

An excellent tour with the charming and knowledgeable Davide. The cheese making was fascinating, the cycling fun and the lunch was delicious. I’d recommend 100% - and tip tip is to book the morning tour to see the cheese process in full.

Davide was a fantastic tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the processes to make the cheese and Parma ham. His passion for food and biking made it a memorable experience. Biking through the country-side is a must in beautiful Parma. I highly recommend this tour!
