I booked the tour for 11/3/19. But they gave me an incorrect/outdated meeting point, as a result I missed the tour. Now they are refusing to give me a refund because they said they had sent me the updated info. But that's totally false. The trip details in their email web link showed the incorrect meeting point (Cocoon Tower) when I received it. In fact, it still showed the incorrect info on 11/7/19 when I reprinted the details as proof. When I called their Customer Care on 11/3/19, the agent also told me about the incorrect meeting point. This is another proof that they did not have the updated info on the day of the trip. Now their email web link magically showed the updated info, apparently in an attempt to cover up their own mistake. This amounts to blatant fraudulent practice and you should NEVER book with this company.
