Very rude people work here. Had a glitch on my cruise where the departure time changed and couldn’t contact them by phone sine in middle of the ocean. By the time I was able to email them I was past the 24 hour cut off. Emailed back and fourth to work something out but they just kept saying YOU MISSED THE CUT OFF. They said I could book a private excursion for twice the price and none of the money that I paid VIATOR would go towards it. Gave me a website to book and nothing available. When I finally got near land to call their message on the machine said TEXT no voice messages accepted. VIATOR was no help resolving the issue either
