Every evening we use the latest weather update to choose the area around Tromso with best chances for clear skies. At 7 pm, we pick you up outside main entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel and walk you 100 meters to our office where we show you the proper Aurora/night photography settings on your camera/mobile phone. Then we give you warm overalls and boots, and drive you straight to the best spot. Some nights the Aurora is visible as soon as we arrive, while other evenings we relax with coffee and muffins while we wait for her. Pick up time: 7 pm   Pick up place: Radisson Blu Hotel Number of participants: 8 per minivan (up to 4 minivans on busy nights) Duration: 6 hours Level of difficulty: easy  Included: Photography tips, guide in English, Northern Lights Chase by minivan, warm overalls, boots, coffee,tea, muffins, pictures sent to your email.

Very rude people work here. Had a glitch on my cruise where the departure time changed and couldn’t contact them by phone sine in middle of the ocean. By the time I was able to email them I was past the 24 hour cut off. Emailed back and fourth to work something out but they just kept saying YOU MISSED THE CUT OFF. They said I could book a private excursion for twice the price and none of the money that I paid VIATOR would go towards it. Gave me a website to book and nothing available. When I finally got near land to call their message on the machine said TEXT no voice messages accepted. VIATOR was no help resolving the issue either

Almost hitting a reindeer on the return trip. The reindeer was walking down the middle of the road. Everyone on the trip was tired and sleepy, the quick braking woke us up!

Deze trip MOET je boeken!! Super goed geregeld van het begin tot het eind. Als je het noorderlicht ziet, worden er fantastische foto’s gemaakt! Als je deze trip niet boekt, krijg je er echt spijt van. Deze ervaring was echt waanzinnig!!!
