Chef Federico Alessandri is a qualified chef who has studied under several Michelin Star chefs (at ''A Tavola con Lo Chef'' cooking school- 3 Diplomas and 4 master courses) and he has worked in several different restaurants in Rome. This culminated in him becoming a personal chef and having the pleasure to cook for the rich and famous. He has traveled around the world teaching Italian cuisine.

Had 1 :1 class eir6h Chef Federico. Learned a lot about the techniques of sauce, fresh pasta, and gnocchi. Excellent teacher. Class was in English, but I understand a lot of Italian. Highly recommend the venue abdt the class in a beautiful setting.

Visiting Casale Alessandri in Umbria was truly a bucket list experience—and they absolutely did not disappoint. I chose the Cardamom package, and from start to finish, it was everything I hoped for and more. Booking was incredibly easy, communication was excellent, and I was even able to get the dates I wanted on short notice. The package offered great value for such a high-quality, immersive experience. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, charming, and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts, Louise and Federico, were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. They helped organize an unforgettable day trip to Cascate delle Marmore, Montefalco, and a wine tasting at Scacciadiavoli. One of the highlights of my trip were the private cooking lessons with Chef Alessandri. He created an unforgettable experience and served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. His passion, skill, and hospitality were second to none. This was more than just a vacation—it was truly the experience of a lifetime. Louise and Federico (Chef Alessandri), and the entire staff made me feel at home. If you're looking for an authentic, warm, and memorable Italian escape, Casale Alessandri is the place to go. Outstanding property, hosts and the cooking class was far beyond any I had ever done. It was fun and entertaining and taught me methods that will last a lifetime.
