Immerse yourself in a shared pasta-making class. Learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labour over lunch or dinner accompanied by local wine. During the lesson, the host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Participants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared over a meal accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines. Behind every Pasta shape there is an ancient tradition and a personal story. Your host will welcome you like part of the family as they teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience. Feel the love for genuine produce from Assisi and enjoy great conversation with a welcoming new friend. My daughter & I had such a good time! Ms.Eleonora was a wonderful teacher & so patient! We started with a wine & cheese tasting across the street & the samples were amazing (all from local artisans & I shipped some home). She taught us to make three different kinds of pasta which was more than the two of us could eat but not from lack of encouragement to mangia mangia! Ms Eleonora graciously offered to wrap it up for us to take but sadly, we were leaving the next day. This class became one of our favorite experiences from our entire trip to Italy! If you have a couple of hours to spend while in Assisi, I’d highly recommend it. I can’t wait to make this pasta now that we’re home & show nonna our work! She also offers an online cooking class in the winter which I will absolutely join. Grazie mille ci siamo divertiti! Piacere

Eleanora was a wonderful instructor, she taught us many pasta making techniques and also entertained us with her wealth of knowledge of Italy, Italian food and culture! I highly recommend this class if you are in Assisi!
