The worst customer service you can imagine. We bought 3 tickets the day before for the Alcatraz at $160pp which is a lot. I made sure we pick up at this guys shack and we arrived in plenty of time. When we got there he was finishing up with two bike renters and when I asked is this a place for Alcatraz he told me to wait because he is busy..ok. He spent another 10 minutes advising the bikers about where to go meanwhile our noon appointment is 2 minutes away by this time. FInally he comes up and tells us he has no tickets for us. Then he says Alcatraz is closed today.... Ok.... There was a power outage the day before but we called Alcatraz and talked to them and they said they cannot do anything and that they KNOW HIM! He showed me some scraps of paper that were hand written as proof that Alcatraz is closed and that he will refund our money or we can go tomorrow. I said it's our last day so I am not coming back and the way he was handling us did not make me believe he would refund us so He gives me the flyer and tells me to call his manager-Al. There were two numbers on the brochure and both with inactive voice mail. I tell him by this point to put his phone screen up on the table and I will call again and He REFUSED! After fidgeting with what I am sure was an esim card he said to call him, yeah right I am not an idiot. Viator did refund but this individual should not be selling anyone anything. I think he was stalling with the bikers so he could come up with a story for us instead of saying Hi it's sold out and I messed up.
