The Valpolicella region is a unique territory for winemaking. Famous all over the world for the production of Amarone and Recioto wines. From the Romans to the Lombards, the latter ones loved so much the local wine that they settled here the Capital of their reign, everyone loved, through history, these places. Winemaking here has developped for centuries, making the wines of this region the most refined and valued ones worldwide. Every single winery is unique, and every producer will welcome us for a tasting of his best products, explaining us the making process and the uniqueness of this product. Lunch will be in a typical local tavern, where guests will taste 5 types of hand-made pasta. The tour will be filled with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere that will give you long lasting memories. The tastings and lunch are on charge of the clients, this guarantees the maximum honesty and the best quality of the products.

The three wine cellars chosen by Evgeny and also the restaurant were perfect. Although it was not my first wine tour, I learned a lot of new knowledge about wine again. The relaxed, almost friendly atmosphere also contributed to the day being a complete success. For lovers of red wine absolutely recommended!

I would give Eugenio and the independent wine makers her took us to 10 or maybe even 20 stars if Viator let me. My husband and I have been on many wine tours around the world - both private and with small groups and this was one of the best we've ever taken. We were taken to three independent family wine makers and we learned about their history, the wines they make and more. Eugenio - who is quite funny - also knows his wine very well and having him take us around was beyond excellent. If you like small independent wine producers and getting to know people who care about growing grapes and producing small batch wines this is the tour for you (this is not the commercial drink as much to get drunk tour) We also had a fabulous lunch at a small family owned restaurant that Eugenio booked for us. We are so happy we took a private tour and we came home with some wines that we would not have found on our own and we met some of the most hard working passionate growers and wine makers in the Valpolicella region.

An amazing tour into the countryside outside of Verona. We visiting 3 wineries. Each one was so great. The wine was amazing, the information was amazing, the views were amazing and we stopped for lunch and the food was amazing! Our guide was a lot of fun to hang out with and did a great job of picking us up and driving us around and giving us the information we needed for a great day. We completely loved this tour! Well worth every penny, including all the wine we ordered to be ship! We can't wait to drink at home and remember our amazing trip.
