My cooking experience with Catia was the highlight of my stay in Italy. She welcomed me warmly to her beautiful home, after she had shown some really impe ressive sights of Padova's history. During the cooking experience I had a wonderful time and got a glimpse of the rich tradition of Italian cooking, especially of the region Venetia. And the Food was excellent, of course! I especially appreciated that I could savour vegetarian and vegan dishes with seasonal products. And Catia showed me a few ways to adapt recipes to a plant-based preparation of food. What a wonderful experience!!!!
