We had a delay in our plane. Reached out to operator with changes. Never heard back and they did not show at new time. Refuse to process a refund. We secured transportation on our own for half the price of what was charged. .

A l aéroport de Venise, le chauffeur du taxi nous attendait avec une pancarte à notre nom. Dans une grande voiture, il nous a amené en 20 mn à l entrée de Venise où un taxi bateau nous attendait. Passage par le grand canal et arrivée à l appartement sur le ponton des bateaux. Coût : 135 euros mais ça les vaut.

Water Taxi is a nice way to get to Venice. the way he loaded the boat suggested we were second off but he forgot us and had to go back. Generally a good experience and the return was right on time.
