Our demonstration of glass working is one the best experiences. You will see a Glass Master using different techniques to produce artworks in front of your eyes. The Glass Master is still using the same techniques that have been using for centuries. You will be amazed by this experience! A representative of the glass factory will explain all the different steps of the production and after the demo you will visit the showroom. And an artistic glass item will be given to you as a gift!

    Reach the Gino Mazzuccato Glass Factory, one of the main Glass factories of the island of Murano, and you will see a demonstration of glass production. A glass master will blow and work the glass in front of your eyes, while a member of our staff will explain step by step the techniques and the history. After that, you can visit the showroom with the most exclusive glass artwork. Hundreds of artworks to meet everyone’s taste. The demo is about 20 minutes

My wife and I stopped by this place during our honeymoon trip. We really enjoyed the demonstration, and we also found some nice gifts for family which we are excited to bring home. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our transaction that left us quite confused. After overestimating the total price through a miscalculation, they initially apologized and corrected the mistake. They then proceeded to mistakenly charge our credit card for the original overestimated amount (an extra $100). Instead of reversing the transaction, they offered to give us back the difference in cash (which we were ok with). As we were on our way out, we realized they had handed us back the receipt but not the cash. When we went back to inquire about this, they simply said "we gave you the money," and refused to consider the possibility it could have been their mistake. In summary, I believe this place is a worthwhile visit, but I would be very careful to double check the price they calculate on your purchase (as the receipts are not itemized), and count your change before you leave the register. I think it's fair that people make mistakes, but refusing to admit those mistakes and blaming the customer becomes unprofessional. It's possible this was a one off scenario, but the way they handled it was not acceptable.
