Please kindly note that we can pick from either Livingstone Airport for drop-offs within Livingstone Town and from the Victoria Falls International Airport for drop-offs in Victoia Falls, Zimbabwe. However, all CROSS BORDER TRANSFERS will attract an addition US$15 per person. This will paid direct on arrival and will be used to take care of all the border crossing expences.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

As a return client (first ride was on April 14 and second ride was on April 23) , I am genuinely leaving a fairly review here. Regarding to the service itself, I would give this company 5 star- reliable and accurate. However, why I leave a 1 STAR ⭐ this time? When the driver, Webster, came for pickup on April 23, he accused that I intentionally cancelled the reservation of 4/14 therefore he didn't get paid for the previous service and requested me to pay in cash right away. As an educated and honest traveller, I sincerely and deliberately provided Webster the reservation record to the driver, as well as asked him to share his hotspot (I didn't have mobile data connection) for me to contact Viator directly in front of him, in order to eliminate his concern. The driver refused to provide internet (maybe he didn't have data?) nor checking the reservation history that i provided. The only thing he kept saying was I cancelled the reservations deliberately and implying I am cheating and taking advantage of him. In fact, I checked the reservation record he provided, he showed the cancelled reservation (cancelled by me due to duplicated bookings), but he didn't show the paid confirmed and reservation. The confirmed and completed reservation reference number was 984930995 and is verified by Viator customer service agent. I was very offended by the rudeness of the driver and extremely disappointed with the poor management of DK Tours & Safaris. Not recommend this company for anyone who sees this review.
