You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you want to cruise down the Nile River with a glass of wine, do not miss catching this super luxury ship ‘Opera’ at the fraction of costs, which includes almost everything. Every staff is very attentive including this daily cleaning staff. He folds the towel in a different way every morning to surprise me! (Forgive me I didn’t catch his name properly) The whole tour is beautifully coordinated by the very kind and efficient lady called Mona via WhatsApp so if you have any questions or problems, it’s super easy to communicate. That’s a big bonus!

Amazing tour arranged with Egypt Tours including transfers from Cairo on the sleeper train. From booking everything was so smooth and Mona could not be more helpful keeping us informed on who would be collecting us and what our itinerary would be. Our guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and made all the tours very interesting- as well as making sure everything was organized and running on time. The staff on the cruise were excellent especially our server Lewis and the bar manager Mustafar. Would definitely recommend.

No nos tocó el crucero de la foto, fue uno mejor, el servicio en el barco excelente, muy amable todos, el guia que nos tocó Mohamed... Casi todos se llaman igual, muy bien, muy amable, las visitas a los sitios turísticos bien organizado, el único parche los paseos de compras es una estafa, te dicen que no compres en la calle que es malo ..baja calidad pero es la misma donde te llevan a comprar pero el quíntuple de caro, nada que no se pueda encontrar en tu país y de mejor calidad. Otra cosa que opaca el paseo...las benditas propinas...toca dar propina para todo, sacando cuentas las propinas hacen que la ganga del crucero no sea ganga... Es mucho y muchas todos los días, el.parche negro del paseo, aunque dicen que no es obligatorio...si lo es.
