Frustrating with no communication from the company after several emails.
I changed the time of pick up from 12 md to 0930 and received a confirmation email. The time on the ticket didn’t change from the original time so I emailed the company twice with no reply.
On the morning of our paid transfer to the airport I asked the receptionist in the hotel to ring and confirm our time with an explanation of our situation in Turkish.
She said it would be 10 minutes.
At 10 am still no transport so she rang again, and again was told 10 minutes.
Finally the driver arrived and when we got to the airport he asked us for € 20 even though we had already paid.
He followed us into the airport where the check in staff kindly translated for us.
Apparently he didn’t work for the company we had paid so now we are out of pocket and it has left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with Viator.
I hope to receive a refund and a reply from Viator.
