The driver was prompt and courteous. However, we had to walk 6 blocks in the rain, pulling large suitcases on the cobblestones of Brussels, before getting to his parked car. The confirmation email did not mention any issues that would prevent the car picking us up at the hotel due to construction. Had we known this, we’d have gotten a taxi sitting just outside the door of the hotel. Arriving to the airport with wet clothes was unpleasant, thus the mediocre review.
