From what I'm reading the same thing happened to me as to several. I had a private transfer booked back and forth from the airport to my hotel. On arrival, all well, as they have a desk at the exit of the airport, you can not be left on foot. On the way out, I had to be picked up at the hotel at 12 noon. We had confirmed the transfer the day before and even the same morning I confirmed well the pick-up hotel and schedule. We stayed in the hotel lobby from 11:50 and no one ever called to find us. At 12:20 when we claim service we are told that the car was, and since we were not and left and have it as a no show. I ask them to send me another car and tell me they don't have one, to take a taxi and ask for a refund. Obviously nothing yet, they make you talk on whatsApp and since it is all automatic you can not talk to anyone.

Nexus partnered with WestJet to transfer passengers on all inclusive trips from the airport to resorts and vice versa. We got pick fine at the start of our trip and brought to our resort (Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an), but our pickup at the end of our trip from the resort to airport never happened. Nexus didn't show up at the agreed time and didn't attempt to communicate with us or the other couple waiting. After a lot of effort we found out their vehicle broke down but they didn't bother to call or connect us to tell us. Even worse there seemed no urgency to route an additional vehicle (apparently there was one 30-45 mins away, but they couldn't say where or exactly when it would arrive). In the end after an hour of waiting they advise us to take a taxi (~$US90) to airport and ask Westjet to reimburse us. Date: April 5ht, 2025. Do you think Westjet will do this? Unlikely - between Westjet and Nexus they seem happy to take payment, but getting the service you paid for? Hasn't happened.

Did not show up for transfer service. Did not inform us and when called after 15mins late, Nexus said they had no one availabe and to take a taxi for reimbursement so we did not miss our flight. No luck getting any responese on reimbursement.
