    Our tour guide Thomas J. was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was a local so he knew the neighborhoods well. He knew about the popular murals and the hidden gems. We were able to make an extra stop at a delicious local eatery and get one of the best donuts I've ever had. Thomas was also a musician so it was even greater to be able to ask questions about the local scene since we were in Nashville. The Margaritas were delicious and arrived with side dishes to snack on. We were at a spot called The Twelve Thirty Club. It was a very nice place with multiple levels and we were treated like VIP's while there. It was a great experience and we'd definitely do it again. We'd recommend Thomas J. also.

    We were unable to make the experience because of horrible construction in Nashville beyond our control. The guide tried to help direct us. (he was great) However the company a very little understand and would not issue a refund or voucher. I am an event planner and will not be recommending them based on poor customer service.

    So fun and such a great way to see the city in a short time. Guide and driver were great and made the trip!
