  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

We waited 25 minutes for them to show up. My girlfriend and I kept trying to reach them through text messaging or through whatsapp. We had to take a private taxi to the airport which was cheaper. I will be requesting a refund through Viator.

My driver was suppose to pick me up at 3am. I was told to be in the lobby 15 mins early. I was there at 230. Noone ever came or called. I text the number I was given . It was all automation. No human answer. I called the number and it said they were not excepting calls. I am so disappointed with the company Pollitan. I waited till 325am. I had to take a taxi to the airport. I will never book with this company again. I want a complete refund.
