    We paid for the personalized tour, and no one asked us what we wanted to see or any preferences; we were given an address in the middle of a park to pick up the itinerary, but there was no one there, we called the phone number, and no one answered. I'm not sure if this was fraud intentionally, but we will request our cash back from the credit card company.

    This plan consists of boilerplate pages that are assembled in an order that approximates requests made. It is not personalized. We specifically requested a minimum of waterfalls and got a plan with many. Although this may be a good starting point, folks who use this service should be aware that considerable fine tuning of the document will be needed to make it truly personalized.

    This was the best purchase I could have made for our trip to Iceland. This plan had some great suggestions for things to do and see that are not as "touristy" but also hit all the must-see places, but it also provided a ton of flexibility when our plans needed to change due to notorious Iceland winter weather. I cannot recommend this highly enough. I particularly loved the photos and detailed explanation of each place that was recommended and why.
