Uninhabitable!! We booked EL BALCON DE ULISES for one night (7/8 August 2024). The apartment seemed run-down and dirty. Decisive for our immediate departure was the bed mattress, which looked like people had been slaughtered on it (photos attached). The administration is not yet ready to repay our money (287 €). I think it's going to be litigation. Conclusion: Get away from EL BALCON DE ULISES !!!!!
