We signed up for the Coba and Punta Laguna tour with Koox diving (they don’t only do diving tours!) and had an amazing experience with our guide, Oliver.
We first did a biking tour through the Coba ruins where a local Mayan expert explained the ruins and way of the Mayan people. Super informative, fun and beautiful. After the tour, Oliver took us to get some local Mexican/Mayan lunch before heading out to the Punta Laguna reserve. We did some zip lining, snorkeled in Cenote Calaveras (got to see some human skulls and bones under water), monkey sighting in the reserve, and kayaked through the lagoon.
It all was very well planned out and we got to see a little bit of everything Tulum has to offer on the other side of the beach. Highly recommend!
