DONT BOOK THIS CRUISE EVER. THEIR MAIN CRUISE WAS FULLY BOOKED AND WE WERE GIVEN A DIFFERENT SHIP WHICH WAS NOT THE SAME AS IN THE PICTURES. THE AIRCONDITIONER DID NOT WORK TILL 8 PM. THE ROOMS WERE LIKE BAKING CHAMBERS. WE REQUESTED THEM TO TAKE US BACK TO THE PORT BUT WE WERE DENIED AND AS THERE WAS NO INTERNET WE COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK TO BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER CARE. IT WAS LIKE A PRISON We carried only 4 small cans of beer and we are asked 10 dollars to pay if we wanted to consume it. They don't serve water with meals. YOU HAVE TO BUY WATER WITH YOUR FREE MEALS. THE MAIN PERSON SERVING US ON THE SHIP STARTED DRINKING ALCOHOL WHILE SERVING US DINNER AND BEHAVED atrociously. At 9 am the next morning they again switched off our Air conditioner. We were given a customer satisfaction form and when I filled it mentioning my concerns, I was told to change it in a very absurd manner. We were charged 200 dollar over and above the amount mentioned in my booking and we had to pay as they forced us to pay after 4 hours of us boarding the ship. ITS A PATHETIC HOLE. DONT BOOK THIS VRUISE EVER. It's difficult to fathom as to how booking.com has associated itself with such accommodation.
The best part is that I receives a message from the management to remove my review too.
