Shrek's Adventure! London, toegangsbewijs

I went to the experience on Friday, november 15th at 14:00 p.m. I was with a group of a few kids, but luckily it was doable. The actors were amazing! Especially the fortune teller with his many dialects ???? Oh and I loved my girl Doris! ???? The experience is puzzled out nicely and very interactive, well done! Only two downsides I have to note are that: 1. it's a bit hard to take pictures at the photo points when you're alone. 2. I would've liked to know beforehand that I had to purchase my pictures after the experience, cause I thought they were included in the price. Overall had a great time! ????

Very stressful experience with my grandson of 16 months. Read on the website that pushchairs not allowed in busy periods so picked a quiet time as knew I’d struggle carrying him on my own. Was told at the last minute the pushchair was not allowed and needless to say my back was breaking by the end, also had to carry baby bag as not allowed to leave with the pushchair. Staff not very helpful and seemed pretty dismissive and overall not very impressed with the tour. Very scary for little ones at times and staff disinterested when photo sales not forthcoming, perhaps if my grandson had been encouraged to enjoy the experience there would have been a photo worth buying! Birthday treat completely ruined and will not be returning or recommending.

Did not enjoy. Went with my daughter in law and two grandchildren aged 6 & 4. The whole time I was worried about the children being scared. Firstly the queue to have photos taken that you were able to buy. After that we were in a group and had to walk through very dark rooms, tunnels, etc, which was not what we expected. I could sense my grandchildren weren’t enjoying it, so felt I just wanted to get out of there. Don’t waste your money. Very expensive mistake.
