Misleading information's provided on viator in terms of what should be expected. I booked the snorkeling tour but ended up being the only one who's snorkeling during the time when the boat went out the rest of the people were there only for the glass bottom tour. We ended up doing more of a sightseeing boat ride and I got dropped off to do snorkeling on my own for the last 30-45 minutes before the boat returned to pick me up. There was no safety instructions given before I snorkeled. Luckily, I've done it many times before so it wasn't a big deal. What was really disappointing was that I had brought my own snorkeling mask and left it on the tour boat. I returned to Tio Sports to retrieve it the day later only to be told by multiple people to wait until their captain, Lupe the same guy who drove the boat for my trip came back. After he finally showed up about an hour later, he only mentioned one or two words to the people. In the midst of the confusion while catering more for the group of people who were there for the day's tour, I had to keep asking various people where I was supposed to go to get my mask back. Magically, one of the guys who had been telling me to wait for Lupe suddenly remembers that someone from the previous day's tour had taken my mask. I waited for a whole hour only for this guy to somehow had a last-minute recall of the situation. To me, it sounds a bit off. For 25, it's a cheap and quick tour which is good for the value, but you really gotta watch your own back especially if you're traveling solo.
