Our car broke down on way from Zurich to Lucerne.We were stranded on the highway for 1hour 30 minutes before the vendor sent a new car although we were just 15minutes away from Zurich. We reached our destination 2 hour late in spite of booking an expensive private transfer.

Our driver was there waiting for us at the Zurich airport. He was friendly and drove us safely to our destination. The car was beautiful, spacious and everything we wanted after a long flight. Will use again. Thank you!

Our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim and made it very easy to get our baggage and be on our way. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
