I really cannot ask for a better person to bring us along on our 1st experience off grid of Taipei! Jack was simply fantastic bringing us everywhere as well as very friendly. So many times he went out of his way to make sure we are entertain and comfortable. I will resommend him for sure to anyone who is looking for a fun time at Taipei!

My family and I had a great time on the tour. We saw the old street in Jiufen, saw the waterfall at Shifen, and set lanterns off in Pinxi - all the activities we wanted to do! Thank being said, we didn't learn much about the places we went from our guide. I wish we had been told to bring rain gear as the guide said "it rains everyday!"
