Well it wasn’t a very good experience, I purchased 70$ worth of tickets and the entire building was closed. Even though Google said it was open. Walked up and every door was locked. And no one answered the phone.

We went to this 3 years ago and it was great.! This time it was worse than worse. Don’t waste your money, most of the games/attractions didn’t work. It was dirty and run down. We should have been told most of the attractions were down or should have been charged half the cost. Please, don’t waste your money, you will be sorry if you go! We deserve a refund! Today, our 11 year old was so excited to go because he loved it when he was eight. It was such a heartbreak to see his let-down. Again, such a sad waste of money! We will never make this mistake again!

Place was run down ... not everything was working as advertised - DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY I asked for a refund, was screamed at by the "manager" for telling her half the exhibits weren't even in operation, etc etc ... but knowing I was right, she quickly & reluctantly gave me back my money ... then, as I turned to leave, the manager said "have a nice day ma'am" I replied, "You too" With nothing else said I exited the building, and as I was walking to my car, the "manager" came running into the parking lot and flipped me off (in front of my children) and then ran back inside I will be contacting corporate
