This may well be an outlier, as everyone else clearly had an excellent experience with this company - but I would be heavily cautious as I await a response...
Four of the party of 10 decided after the first boat ride across to Milna from Duće that it was utterly unsafe to get back on the boat - after having a horrifying ride over to the island where some were left visibly shaking and terrified before docking. The remainder of the party only reboarded, fearing being stuck on Milna for the whole day or worse.
After departing on the bumpy, rocky, and uncomfortable ride over to Milna (our first stop), suddenly, a wave sends the boat rocking, everyone flying off of their seats to the other side of the boat, and water gushing into the boat, seemingly lucky to have not capsized. The skipper looked like he had seen a ghost but said nothing and continued to drive, providing no reassurance or information on life jackets. There was no safety briefing and no mention of the whereabouts of life jackets before departing, despite being told that the weather was poor and, as such, the blue cave had been shut for the day.
When booking the tour, I was told we would be informed of any weather-related cancellations before the trip - this did not happen. Instead, we were only told once we had boarded the boat. We were told that a different itinerary would be used, and at that point, we had no choice but to say yes after traveling an hour to the start point.
The "tour guide" was quiet, provided no welcome other than the initial hello, and gave no facts, information, or suggestions about things to do for any of the stops. I was on a five islands tour a few years ago with a highly informative tour guide. This tour was the complete opposite. He made no effort throughout. Notably, when the rest of the party did board the boat after the first stop when they informed the skipper four people wouldn't be continuing with the tour, he made a few sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional comments, showing no empathy and the primary focus being "it was only one wave, they still have to pay."
