100% recommend that you take on this activity while visiting Montego Bay. The views are beautifullll! Cameras alone cannot capture. You must go see for yourself. And when you do go make sure to book with Smiley (Jeff). He made sure our ride was very safe & comfortable. And even helped cut up some fruit for us. Super fun & friendly guy! The limestone massage was also so worth it. There is a clear considerable difference of long lasting glow and moisture afterwards. You have the choice of play music during your ride or listening to the nature instead. You don’t want to miss out!

The driver was very professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. During pickup, he called me because my AirBnB was not showing up on GPS correctly (he was about the third driver to tell us this unfortunately). He had me share my location with him on WhatsApp, which worked! On the ride there and on the way back, the driver (who is the owner of the company) made sure to get to know us and made lots of friendly small talk about Jamaican music and life here on the island. He then escorted us to our raft guide. Our raft guide generously shared some of his fruits with us. He said he uses tips from previous guests to purchase fruits for current guests (we made sure to tip him to pay it forward). He purchased from the fruit vendor on the river: 2 kinds of mangos, a Jamaican apple, and a coconut. All in all, it was a fun ride for an hour. It was fun to see other raft guides and other guests dancing and having a good time. I saw a lady recording herself eating a mango on the raft lol. We were the 9 AM shift, and the river was not busy at the time, but after we left, we saw vans of people coming in after us. It was a good time!
