A mixed experience.
From the airport: Our flight was late arriving so we were late for our pre-arranged taxi. However on arrival at their desk National put us straight into a taxi to our hotel. Great service.
To the airport. Totally different experience. Pick up was supposed to be at 4.15pm. We had phoned them as instructed to confirm timing the day before and on the day itself. 4.15 came and went but no taxi. Another of their taxis arrived for another pick-up who rang the driver and gave us a new time of 4.30. This came and went. No taxi. The hotel phoned them and were told.he would be with us "shortly". Whatever that meant. Another taxi driver arrived from another company and told us national were close to letting us down. 4 45 still no taxi. Are we going to catch our plane?? Finally 4.50 he turned up. Their excuse was that they did not have enough drivers when they were busy.
