First, before we even left the US, the "driver" called me to try to con me out of an additional $20 per person (total of $80) to "fast track" us through customs in Antigua which we did not do and it was NOT necessaary. Then, when we got in the vehicle upon arrival in Antigua, he tried to talk us into paying him $200 IN CASH for a roundtrip transfer and that his company would refund what we'd already paid, all we had to do was give him $200 USD in cash and he would have his boss tell Viator to refund our payment. However, the company had already made it clear via Viator that the experience was non-refundable in any way. Needless to say, we did NOT pay anyone $200 USD in cash. This entire experience was a con, or attempt to con.
