BEWARE!!! Exoticca are not to be trusted. They happily take your booking 12 months before travel then 1 month before departure they cancel the holiday stating flight cancellations as an excuse. I say excuse because we were still waiting for our flights to be allocated and ticketed (plenty of flights available). This in itself was worrying as we feared they were holding back giving us any information at all so they could cancel. We believe the true reason for the cancellation was that our holiday to Argentina and Brazil had almost doubled in price since we booked a year ago so they probably always intended to cancel but had no grounds for cancellation until they could claim our non existent flight had been cancelled. We had been ringing them and messaging them repeatedly for information and been dismissed very rudely as being annoying for requesting our holiday details. They do not reply to emails unless it suits them. I never leave reviews but I want to warn people about trusting this company and being left disappointed at short notice. They are utterly unscrupulous. Don’t be fooled by their efficient booking team as their customer relations follow up is non existent and they claim that it is nothing to do with them. By the way this trip was for November 2022 so not Covid related.
