Not a big hot springs fan but thought it would be nice in this weather. Turned out to be an expensive mistake (at $71 per adult and $44 per child). The lady at reception wasn't the most friendly nor service-oriented person. We also paid a premium for same-day walk-in, and for a place that boasted over 50 hot springs pools, we spent an entire hour in 1 single one. OK that's partly our bad for not realising the other section is thru the other exit of the changing rooms. It would have been helpful if the staff mentioned and if there were other staff on the ground we could ask.
We could have stayed till 11pm for the same ticket price, but because their cafe closes at 8pm, we had to make it out at 7 to get changed or risk having no dinner for the young ones. What was interesting though was the swimwear spin dryer they provide in the changing room, every pool should have something like this.
But otherwise not the best onsen experience really, especially at that price.
