The first part of the safari was a 5 minute trip through what Yahava has to sell. Then went to the coffee roasting machine and, despite the description saying "help us roast a batch of coffee", we just stood around while the Yahava staff did it.
The description also said " Sample coffees, chocolates and other delights from exotic lands and far away places". We sampled coffee and tea but no chocolates.
The tasting also included a demo of other various coffee making implements that Yahava sell.
Also, despite the safari description saying "...take home the very coffee you helped roast" we did not get the coffee we watched being roasted.
On the plus side, the staff were really good and very knowledgable.
In summary, for almost $80 per person, this is extremely poor value for money. It should cost at most $30 for what the safari involved.
