We booked this a few weeks in advance maybe even a month in advance we were in the lobby waiting. We have text to prove it and because the error of TripAdvisor in booking or the actual cruise company error they went to the wrong hotel, and we never got picked up after waiting and wasting an hour and a half of our precious vacation time. The cruise was to set sale at 5:30 PM. We had a van after fighting and texting with these folks show up at 5:35 and we were gonna have to be you know those people that hold everybody up and cause a whole scene so we declined and we’re very disappointed and upset. They said how sorry they were for our experience but not sorry enough to refund our money for a sail that we never got to partake in. This company is terrible. Do not take this cruise. I will tell everyone I know and a lot of people that we know visit and travel to Cabo and other places, but this is a zero out of 10 disappointment for us just don’t do it!
