My guide , Heri was very meticulous in the comfort of my day trip. I do think he is the key person to have made my trip as enjoyable as it was. He took extra attention to fulfil some of my last minute requests to make his guests have a VIP experience. It was all smiles and laughters from the moment you first meet this guy to when he drops you off at the end.
The cave experience was enjoyable too(stage4) Its a nice start to have for first time beginners for caving. Fun and supportive guides. I would really recommend people who are fit enough, to try do challenege themselves to try the harder routes navigating around the cave. Do sign up for stage 4 for the cave tour, or you'll end up regretting for not adventuring further beyond the midpoint of the cave. This was me 10 years ago, I came back to finally fulfill my curiosity.
There's a rental shop at the ticketing counter for those who has come unprepared with their equipment. But be prepared for definite wear and tear to your clothes /shoes. You'll be slide down rough surfaces, crawling through wet traverns, and definitely bump into things in the dark.
My guides during the caving experience were young, passionate and full energy all during our 4 hour adventure. Don't worry be afraid if you feel you might a slow poke during the hike, they are patient and would guide you through the hard and challenging obsticles. Just to be sure you have dedicared enough time in your schedule for a full experience. I would recommend allowing at least 6 hours for this.
If you do finish this early, you could either sign up for the white river rafting or just sit back and enjoy the scenic view around the site.
I was pleasantly surprised, there's a hearty and healthy meal prepared for my lunch after I freshened up.
Thank you so much to the organisers and team that made my solo trip memorable with a VIP experience.
