TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid for this tour (totally private tour of Sagrada Familia and the two Gaudi houses) and viator gave me the wrong voucher. The voucher they provided was with a totally different tour group and was a "fast pass" tour with 30 other people of just the Sagrada Familia - a cost differential of over 200 USD. I contacted two customer service representatives via chat and sent emails, but Viator refuses to own their mistake and provide a refund. It's a shame after having several positive experiences with Viator in the past, but I will be giving my business to other tour businesses in the future.
