We have used several dive shops over the years when coming to Bonaire. And they are all good. However, VIP Diving is a cut above the rest. They are super friendly, helpful, and professional. They go the extra mile to take care of customer needs. For example, the o-ring on one of our pressure gauges blew out. I mentioned it to them and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for free in about 15 minutes. That was not part of our 13-day NITROX plan but they did it anyway. Now that’s service! Thanks Marteen and the entire VIP crew for a great diving experience.

VIP Diving remains the best dive operation on the island. The shop is clean and well-stocked, tanks are well-maintained and fills are consistent. If you dive with a DIN regulator, you'll find VIP is one -- if not the only -- operator who provides an allen key to remove the insert from their Yoke tanks. I'll certainly be back on Bonaire before long, and I'll definitely be using VIP Diving.

VIP Diving ticked all the boxes during our recent trip to Bonaire. We completed our Nitrox certification with them upon arrival and did all of our subsequent dives with their tanks. The tanks all had excellent starting pressure (240/3300) and the Nitrox mixes were reliable. There was always an ample supply of tanks, even for our three-tank days. Because we’re relatively new to diving we had questions for the staff on numerous occasions and every single employee proved eager to help with their expertise. This gave us the confidence to spend the entire trip doing our very first dives without a dive master hovering around us, which is exactly the experience we were hoping to gain in Bonaire. These are people who clearly enjoy their job and that makes a huge difference.
