We had this Tuk Tuk excursion booked in advance. Our cruise ship got re-routed to a different port (island) last minute and when we contacted the operator of these Tuk Tuk and Viator of this problem. Viator was very helpful in trying to find a reasonable solution. Since we were inside the 24 hr cancelation we fully understand that we might not get a full refund. But when we requested a refund or reasonable resolution (since this was not our fault that we can't make it to the meeting point as we are about 8 hours away on a different island) the operator didn't even feel it was necessary to respond. Only when we contacted Viator they started to talk to them and simple dismissed any consideration. I had a group of 11 people traveling with me and we travel often. We won't use this operation in the future and we don't recommend their business to anyone else. That was our experience...
