The cenotes were beautiful and I enjoyed swimming in them. However, from the moment you got off the bus there was constant upselling of items. From swim shoes, ATV goggles (despite not having booked an ATV tour), and photos, there was always someone trying to sell you something. The photos were originally quotes as $69 USD for the electronic copies for the two of us. After not being impressed with most of the photos and telling our photographer no, he came back with a better price of $49 USD plus one printed photo. **DO NOT BUY THE PHOTOS RIGHT AWAY, they will offer you a better price! The taco snack was also an upsell where they tried to sell you a full meal, or even just a drink for cash. They had a tequilla tasting and said they were the only place you could get true blue agave tequilla. THIS IS A LIE. Finally, on the bus ride home, the van in front of us literally had its rear tire fall off and go into the ditch on the side of the road. So that speaks to the safety of their shuttle service. Overall, nice cenotes, but too gimicky and way too much upselling to make it enjoyable.
