Waste of money- DO NOT BOOK BUSINESS CLASS!!! Rather go for the cheap seats- I’m sure you would get the same sh*tty service- but won’t feel as bad about getting ripped off!! My husband and my 10 yo became seasick- and instead of being offered compassion- they were harassed and shouted at in a language we do not speak- for throwing up in the WC instead of on the carpet where we where sitting- as there were no sick bags anywhere and no signs to say you cannot be sick in the toilet??? Apparently it clogs the system? Forgive me for being blunt- but God forbid you have to go Nr 2 on the boat- what would they expect? - that you go over the edge of the boat????????????????? They also still ride the long forgotten COVID excuse of not serving food and drink- which is why we booked business class in the first place!!! They didn’t even have any water to buy on board- just - f-off - go to the tuck shop on the keyEs….. not withstanding the absolute rudeness on Mahe- don’t smile at anyone- it will only be rewarded with a scowl- Tourist should go spend their money somewhere else where they are treated with respect and kindness- people here so far has been rude and downright violent so far…. Been here 2 days- have another 22 days to go- hope it improves…..

Incontournable pour aller de Mahé à Praslin ou la Digue et 50% moins cher que le petit avion à hélice vieillissant et pas très rassurant. Mal de mer garanti sans nautamine car en aout les vents sont forts. Mais pas de choix il faudra en plus prendre la cabine intérieure pour ne pas être entièrement trempé sur le pont supérieur. Je mets en garde surtout sur un point, leur site bug et vous ne recevrez jamais le mail avec les billets si vous payez en faisant le choix invité sur leur site et donc vous n'aurez aucune preuve de paiement ni les billets ni le numéros de réservation. La galère commence et leur standard et injoignable toute la journée. A la lecture des avis certain clients attendront 3 mois pour le remboursement. Si vous cherchez a vous enregistrer sur leur site vous ne recevrez pas non plus le mail permettant de confirmer le compte donc blocage. Je recommande de faire le test avec différents email afin de vous assurer que votre mail passe dans le filtre seychellois ou français. Wanadoo et orange ne fonctionnent pas pour info. Ils connaissent le problème mais ne font rien, vive le monopole!

Ride was alright. Organising was a pain. Had amended the booking online to add one more passenger. This was done days before my trip. On the day of my trip, however, I was not sent the ticket with the new passenger. Tried calling and WhatsApping the local Viator contact but no reply. Had to run around the port looking for where to get the right ticket. Found the Viator contact finally, who had printed the ticket. He made me wait while he searched his emails/messages to check when I amended the booking as he wanted to prove show me I had amended too late. Finally found the message showing that I had amended several days prior. Only then did he give me the ticket. Looked like he was trying to prove a point but he finally found that he is the one that missed it and failed to send the amended ticket in time. Disappointing. I’m at least grateful that the main WhatsApp contact replied and coordinated with the local contact on the day.
