I want to warn you about RideCR shuttles (they are on 12go and other aggregators) Horrible experience! The bus was 2 hours and 40 minutes late. I want to clarify that the payment and booking were made through WhatsApp, and the company had no issues send massag with me. For the first 30 minutes of delay, they ignored our questions and calls. Then they replied, saying the driver was running late, but disappeared again. Later, they said the driver would arrive in 40 minutes, only to ignore us again. If you don’t want to stand in the middle of the road for 3 hours waiting for their bus, use anything but them. Did they apologize? No! This was a terrible experience for $130 for two people on the Liberia - La Fortuna route. Daniel drove all 11 of us with 15 bags between us from Liberia airport to Arenal Manoa. It was a long drive and very rough roads but he kept us safe, informed and entertained.

Jose olivares from San Jose to Tabacon was extremely professional and friendly. He was very good with our kid. Through the whole trip he was extremely helpful. Highly recommended
