we would not recommend this tour. it is just too much to do in one day. understand that these day trips are a lot of time in the car. but for this trip, it is A LOT OF TIME...especially because of the border crossings. (we did a different all day trip to Bosnia and had no lines. ) but this trip - we waited for a half hour plus in the border crossing lines.
to his credit, our tour guide allowed us more time in kotor, knowing that our final stop was really not worth it. it still was not enough time in kotor.
so, good thing: our guide on kotor was amazing! but by the time she was finished, we had no time to eat - let alone explore. we had to race it back to the van. another long drive to another stop and then, on to our final stop. a small ancient Walled town in bosnia where they really did not want tourists. so, where Dubrovnik is almost too touristy now, this final destination almost seems disdainful of us. I walked into a gelato store where a group of employees were watching TV and they looked at me like I was crazy.
so, don't take this tour. choose a tour that stays in Montenegro. the tour company is good. just don't do this.
