I gave our driver instructions on when our plane was scheduled to arrive, the airline and flight number as well as my phone number. The flight was delayed about 35 minutes. He tried to call me but I was airborne and did not receive the call. Another member of our party arrived arrived 15 minutes before we did. They did not see anyone with a sign. The driver said he waited for some period of time, decided we were no shows and left. If he had checked the airline, he could have seen that the flight was delayed and what our new arrival was. We were stranded without a ride. I called the Viator help line and was advised to take a taxi to our hotel which I did for a $60 fee. I requested a refund but was advised that was not possible. I would be glad to reimburse the driver for gas money but I am very disappointed about how this was managed. James Holman
