I had booked a guided tour with Viator for the city walls but it did not include the entrance fee, which I also booked through Viator.
Viator only email me a voucher but not a QR code that is needed to gain entry.
They were so unhelpful during the process and we ended up buying another set of tickets as we didn’t want to miss our tour.
We kept going back and forth with the online customers service which was crap so we email our complaints. Less than a day later they refused us a refund and won’t give us a reason why.
I won’t be booking another thing with them as they are not helpful if anything goes wrong.
Be careful when dealing with this company
Stop trying to put us off and deal with your customers properly
