Dubai Desert 4x4 Safari met kampactiviteiten en barbecuediner

It was the worst desert safari experience I have ever seen. We choosed shared desert safari packages including quad bike, dinner and other activities with land cruiser pick up and drop down. But firstly land cruiser didn't come to pick up us, came nissan brand car. Then, when we went to desert, we changed the car but we were waiting 30 minutes for safari. And safari time was just 15 minutes, not 30 minutes. Although package includes sandboarding, tattoo, beverages, photo with traditional customs, dinner etc., nothing became. We have done just 15 minutes safari, quad bike and a little bit rice and pasta, terrible. Even though I complained to the tour manager, he was very rude to me and threatened us saying that if I didn't pay the full amount, I wouldn't be able to go back home.I have participated in many safari tours in Qatar before and I have never had such an experience. If you want to waste your money and want to be threatened, you can join this tour.

This was our second time having previously done the Safari eight years ago. Our driver was on time picking us up but his driving was absolutely awful. He was erratic and would be looking at his phone, which made him lose concentration, which made it quite a scary experience considering Dubai roads are so busy. We had to pick up another family but the driver couldn’t find them even though they had sent their location several times. This meant we were in the car for two hours before we even reached the first point, which was the Quad Bikes. If you don’t chose to do the Quad Bikes, you still get taken to the place anyway. We spent half an hour being hassled by constant vendors trying to sell us junk. The safari itself was ok but half way round, a tyre came off so we had to get out of the car in the middle of the dessert and wait for it to be fixed. The most enjoyable part was Sand Boarding. We were allowed a couple of goes, which was fun. We then went on to the camp, which was about 45 minutes from where we did the dune bashing. I wasn’t expecting this as previously, the camp was very close. The food was ok but not exactly a bbq. Entertainment was good and you could have a Henna Tattoo and Shisha Pipe which is included in the price. We left at 8pm (I was dreading getting back in the car) and luckily, the journey was a lot easier. The driver really let the experience down for us with his awful driving and he was quite unfriendly. I booked through Get Your Guide who use Ammar Tours. I would advise to book through a different company.
