This cooking course was unbeatable, excellent.
Angel took us to a ham factory located in the province of Modena. When we entered we did not go directly to cooking, but Angel introduced us through a small door to the most impressive and unthinkable view of hams I have ever had. His understanding of hams and derivatives was so enormous, it still makes me want to make my own hams. We then went to the second floor where Gary was waiting for us to start the cooking class, in a super clean and organized kitchen.
Tortellini stuffed with meat and tortellone stuffed with spinach and fresh ricotta, DELICIOUS, and they were made by us.
We finished with a tiramisu.
Of course then we started to eat all that we had cooked and not only, Gary and Angel brought us a huge chopping board full of ham, mortadella, salami, etc..
I can't say anything else but EXPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!
