Guide - Pepe was absolutely brilliant. His knowledge of the jungle was encyclopaedic and was so kind throughout the entirety of the trip. Every time anyone in our group asked a question about an animal or plant, he instantly knew all about it. Pepe also had an incredible eye for spotting (often camouflaged) animals from far away. We saw caimans, piranhas, sloths, macaws, capybaras, bullet ants, monkeys, butterflies, tarantulas, and river otters to name but a few. Shout out to Marlon our boat driver who also spotted many of these when no one else saw them! Food - was brilliant even for vegetarians. Large portions and nutritious and tasty food. All vegetables were thoroughly cooked and unlimited bottled water available at all times. Also greeted at the JunglePro centre and lodge with a drink. Accommodation - Very good overall with room service coming daily. Only improvement would be to clean the sink/toilet more thoroughly at the same time as they were littered with dead bugs and mosquitoes (understandable because we are in the jungle but would have been nice if they were removed once a day) Value for money was probably what lets this down the most. Pricey for what was essentially only two days of activities when all added up. Overall great experience with lovely fellow travellers and a brilliant guide :)

Wow, wow , WOW! I wanted to do a massive shout out to the whole Jungle Pro family for really looking after us, with a special mention to Pepe and Carlos, who truly went above and beyond in helping coordinate our delayed flight and getting us back on time with the rest of our group. Pepe, a legend in the game, shared such amazing insight, knowledge, and passion in what he does; incredible sightings, I simply cannot fault the experience and his awesome way, really made our trip. The food was epic with a really great selection of fresh, home cooked grub and lots of different interesting veg dishes available too; a very welcome treat to fill up on and compliment the meat portions with. A magical trip, in a stunning location, with very comfortable amazing accommodationand the best, most kind, friendly team. Thank you all so much, we cannot recommend highly enough. A wonderful few days in the jungle. Our guide Freddy was very knowledgeable, fun and generally nice to be around. The Sachavacayoc Lodge is an excellent base to take the different excursions from: it's modern, very comfortable and the food is very good. You sometimes spend quite some time on the boat without spotting a lot of animals, but there's not much to do about that.
