Cheers to the show but forget about the "park" which is a complete tourist trap and disappointment, at the end of the day it's just a bunch of restaurants and stores charging you for everything. The good review is all about the main show! It's very well executed and dynamic. Perhaps every function lacks cohesiveness among them but in terms of sound, technology, performers, live stage and content I'd rate it as one of the best ever, you need to see such a thing once in a life time.
The difficult part is the lack of manners of many tourists that block your view using their cameras, phones (even with flash on), keep talking all the show through and the organizers don't seem to care, even though it is well stated you are not allowed to film any material.
There is a list of short live performances taking place every certain time around the park, however, they're very short and fast, so make sure you are at the location before it starts, at the entrance they'll provide you a timetable of the shows and their location. Be ready cause some of those shows invite you to go indoors but they'll charge you extra to access. If you buy any food at the stalls make sure they have a seating area, if you sit on any of the low benches and tables to eat and it doesn't belong to the same business they will ask you to leave. Don't waste your time coming earlier to see the park, just come one hour before the show because it's all Restaurants and shops. There are no "attractions " you can enter for free except one pagoda and the walking paths.
